If a pharmacist with OutcomesMTM contacts you to talk about your medications, don’t worry — it’s safe. The Sharp Direct Advantage medication therapy management (MTM) program partners with OutcomesMTM to offer free medication review services to eligible members. If you qualify for the program, you’ll get a letter in the mail first letting you know that a pharmacy team member will call to schedule an appointment with you.
