If you need help understanding medical information or obtaining care, please call Customer Care. We have representatives who speak English and Spanish, and access to interpreter services in more than 100 other languages.
If you need help understanding your doctor during an appointment, please contact Customer Care at least three days before the appointment. If an interpreter is not available for face-to-face services, over-the-phone translation can be provided. Unfortunately,
some languages may not be available, even with advanced notice.
Call us at 1-855-562-8853, and let us know your preferred language. We’re glad to help.
You may also be able to get materials written in your language, large print, or other formats for free if you need it. To get information from us in a way that works for you, please call Customer Care. Members who have difficulties with hearing or speaking
may simply dial 711.
You can also contact the Department of Health and Human Services’ Office for Civil Rights at 1-800-368-1019 (TTY 1-800-537-7697).
