Get behavioral health support

For 24/7 crisis intervention and urgent mental health support, please call Magellan at 1-844-483-9013 (TTY: 711).

If you or someone you care about is experiencing a suicidal or mental health crisis, please call or text the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline at 988 or dial 1‑800‑273‑TALK (8255).

Pharmacy and prescription drugs

Our Medicare prescription helpline is available 24/7, supported by our partner CVS Caremark^®. Call 1-855-222-3183 (TTY: 711) for any questions.

Speak with a nurse

If you have a health question or concern after regular business hours, you can talk to a nurse through our after-hours nurse line.

Call Sharp Nurse Connection^® at 1‑855-562-8853 from 5 pm to 8 am, Monday through Friday, and 24 hours a day on weekends.

Get language assistance

Get the interpretation services you need for clear communication. You may request an interpreter by calling us at least three days before a scheduled appointment at 1-855-562-8853 and letting us know your preferred language.
