Individual Medicare plan members: You can make automatic payments using your Social Security benefits. To start or stop a deduction, contact Customer Care at 1-855-562-8853 (TTY/TDD: 711) and we’ll place a request for you.
Note: The Social Security Administration or Railroad Retirement Board will need to accept your request for automatic deductions. It can take 1-2 months for payments to begin, depending on when you submit your request. Check your monthly Social Security statement to ensure the payments are being deducted.

Send us your completed bank withdrawal pre-authorization form. This allows us to automatically withdraw your premium payment for you on the 3rd business day of every month. If the 3rd falls on a weekend or a holiday, we’ll withdraw payment on the next business day.
Visit our office in Kearny Mesa from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. We are closed on observed holidays.
